Another plan.. hopefully this time it will work

So- Bridal season is in full swing, which as much as I try does not leave much time for 'me time' since I am working way late into the evening (midnight-2am..) and back to work again the next morning.
But I have decided I have to get with the program. I saw bathing suits at the store the other day.. I have really wanted to run a 5k. and now that spring is right around the corner I really want to start running again.. So the plan is to follow this new The Couch-to-5K Running Plan @ www.coolrunning.com- I am gonna work on the program and see if I can get ready by June!

Wish me luck, as I wish everyone in there quest to get fit! We will still keep fighting. Tomorrow is a new day.. so I will stop getting mad at myself for today! (unless it's the same as yesterday!)

Weigh in w/out my plan.



Ok.. so I told my self I was going to put my self back on the calendar and that I would blog every day, but it's hard. I think about it.. If only I could blog from my cell phone...like facebook. It has been a seriously insane week at the bridal shop. Bridal season.. now prom season starting. I love it all, but seriously get nothing done for myself. Luckly I have a fantastic husband that takes great care of the kids.. Otherwise you might see me on Oprah talking about how my life was so busy I just forgot to feed the kids - Yes I am posting this at 4:30 in the am.. no I am not about to go to the gym I am still sewing!

Good news.. I am down some weight. What I have tried to do instead is when there is no customers around I do push-ups ugainst my desk.. I try to go slow for some more residence.. but really that is about all. And the eating thing. I have been drinking more, but eating hasn't been to regular. I do try to do it as healthy as possible when I can.. but soon I promise soon!

a day to blog should be every day!

With life taking over, and bridal season hitting hard, I find little time to stay in control. I have decided that I am going to try to blog every day instead of when I can and remember it, because that way I have to stay focused an I remember I have several people (Thank you all of you) That help remind me to go for the bannana instead of the $1. burger!
I haven't gained anything this week- which is good, but that is probably because I only have time to scarf down 500 calaries a day if I remeber that. When I get busy I don't eat- It takes to much time, so I skip it all together! I am putting me back on the calendar! And the blog will be part of it so I have a constant reminder that I want to win! (plus I have to pay my sister back for signing me up for the biggest looser- So there should be motivation alone! Love ya sis)

Weigh in!


Today is the weigh in and got up early and took pictures... Then my sister said we had to include a tube of toothpaste in the picture.. by then I had already eaten and gotten ready for the day and just didn't have the time to retake the pictures! Sorry... but here we go.. So we are at 167. Considering I was closer to 10lbs last week after being so sick- I am still good with this! My pants are fitting better, and I have had good mirror days. This month will be better, but I am proud of this anyways!

Took a long walk down Headache road...

So the past 3 days, I have been sick and very under the weather. Between the flu, body aches, stuffed up sinus', it has not been work out week! But I am feeling so much better, and look forward to getting back up.. but I will say. Every once in a while no appetite can help! I am down 10lbs. I haven't eaten much in the past 3 days, but drank lots of fluids- so we'll see if it stays. Sometimes getting sick works in your favor! I am happy to say that my butt did look good in my last months tight jeans! It was no fun and very miserable (still miserable) but man... You got go admit there is one silver lining! or is it denim!

5:15am.

I love it when you just get going on on a exercise high. It's exciting! You're pumped and ready for the world. I am trying to really push the exercise this week and step it up a notch instead of stopping when I am tired or want to stop. I am working on pushing past that moment and really get my body to burn and work harder. I am working for that hot mama body and know the same old thing is not cutting it for me!

Yeah for early morning workouts!

Down, Down Down until we feel the fire!

A good burning workout... Squat, push up, abs, bicep curls.. feel the burn!!!
Last week was hard. but I chose to work out -hard last night and I love it.. I am still feeling the burn and it just makes me want to do it some more!

*Wisdom of a 4 year old* While watching Biggest looser last night with my daughter we ate steamed veggies with some lemon juice together. We offered some to my son (5) and he said No, No, No. So my 4 your old went up to him and said "Do you know why those people on the biggest looser are fat, because they didn't eat there vegetables and just watched tv." It still didn't get him to eat any vegetables- but at least we are getting off to a good start!

I weighed myself this morning and it says 163! That's a whole lot of awesome! It's so exciting to finally feel like I am moving on the scale! And that all isn't lost!
